One of the many things they have included in their program is animal care. Some of their locations have pets onsite that are from animal shelters around Northeast Ohio. Another part of there program is giving back. They internally collect pet food donations for Never Surrender Pet Pantry.
They DO NOT accept outside donations on our behalf.

They have a beautiful outdoor facility where you can take your dog to learn things like dock diving, play frisbee and SO MUCH MORE!! They even host dock diving competitions once a month. my story
The vision for Never Surrender Pet Pantry began to form when I lost my job in 2008. This only added my financial tailspin since I was already going through a divorce. I would ask myself: how am I supposed to take care of my family with no steady income? Will I have to re-home or take my cat to a shelter? This idea was unthinkable to me. It took three years before I became gainfully employed again, and several years after that to become stable.
My story is an all too familiar one – no paycheck coming in, sparse savings, and no income on the horizon. I was lucky enough to have support from my loved ones and not face the difficult decision of re-homing my beloved cat. I can’t imagine how much worse my situation would've gotten had I had to make the decision to surrender the cat that had been by my side for 14 years because I couldn't afford to feed her anymore. I received her as a graduation gift when she was only six weeks old, I raised her since she was just the tiniest ball of fluff I'd ever seen. She had been with me; she had been my family - through it all!
I founded Never Surrender Pet Pantry in December of 2017. My hope in starting this organization is to help alleviate some of the stress families experience while living through a major financial setback like mine. My goal is to provide pet food, or other necessary basic supplies to families in need so they aren’t faced with the unbearable choice of surrendering their beloved family pet to a shelter or rescue because they can't afford their basic needs. Life can be difficult enough without the guilt and grief of losing your beloved fur baby.
